My autobiography

Christianity ,  Judaism , Hinduism, Islam.  These are one of the more than 4.200  religions  that  exist  and have  existed  in the  world .  Undoubtedly there have  been   many   religions , of which  many  have been forgotten until  extinction .  But which of all the  religions  will  be  the  true  one?  What if the  true   religion  was one that's already extinct?  These  questions  will leave more than one sleepless.  However, my  point  of  view  on this is quite skeptical. It does not make much sense to me to firmly believe in a higher being when there is no certain evidence of its existence. This does not mean  that   I   dislike   religions , in  fact   I   find   that   religions   (that I  know )   manage  to  deliver  great value...

To begin with, we have to take into account that in Chile there is a public health system and a private one. The public health system is of poor quality, there are long queues to get a medical appointment and these are at least for 1 more month. The worst is emergency care, where one has to wait too many hours to be treated. This has been something very unfortunate, since if you go to the emergency room it's because you're in a serious situation that demands immediate attention (your life is at stake). Otherwise, the private health system is of much better quality. It's unnecessary to queue for a medical appointment, the emergency services are efficient (you don't have to wait long hours), in addition to the fact that the treatment received is much more pleasant. However, private healthcare is too expensive, becoming a privilege for people who can afford it. Voting   is  a fundamental element of any  democracy .  Through the  vote , the  representatives  of a  territory , a  nation , a SOCIETY are  elected , who  have  the  obligation  and  duty  to  represent  the  needs  and demands, not only of their  voters , but of the  people  as a  whole . Not  voting  can  bring   big  problems down the  road .  For  example , in Chile,  Sebastián   Piñera   won  the  elections  in 2017.  However, there was  an abstinence  of almost 50%, and, in the last period, his approval as president lowered, due to the complaints of the people about the mishandling of the social outbreak in 2019, and, later, of the pandemic of the  covid-19  in the year 2021.  This is why the  right  to  vote  should be  promoted  a...

Hi everyone! I hope you are well and healty. This will be my last blog, and it will be about my blog experience in this subject. I personally enjoyed a lot this dinamic, because the topics proposed for blogs have been interesting, it has helped me to improve my English writing and I also feel that this way of working is more flexible and relaxed. I feel that I have improved my writing skills a lot due to these blog activities, beacause I have managed to correct some typos, for example, when I wanted to say "con" in English I always wrote "whit", when actually it's "with". It also helped me to refresh my memory some grammar rules that I did not completely remember, like future sentences, past sentences, etc. In the future I would like to include free topic blogs, so we could express ourselves in a more personal way on topics that motivate us and share it with the rest. Hello everyone! I hope you are well and healthy. On today's blog I'm going to talk about  subject I enjoyed a lot this semester: Reading and listening practice workshop . In this class I read music, sing and do musical exercises. We have to learn how to read music in a music staff, and for that we have to recognize musical figures (like quaver, semiquaver, fuzz, semifuzz, silences, clefs,etc), recognize musical intervals, learn to build chords and voce practicing. I love this subject because I can improve my musical knowledge and skills, and also classes are enjoyable,my teacher teachs well and he has been able to adapt to the online modality.
